OPT OUT
Jack's ability set includes powers of compulsion in varying levels. He can influence feeling and emotion toward encouraging a certain response, which can be rebuffed by attentive or trained minds. He is also able to coerce people into actions by pulling a black string-like material from himself and through skin to skin contact, 'infecting' the other party's consciousness and compel them to follow his direction(s).
Current power status: After being compelled in that manner, that party is briefly immune to his abilities for a short period of time. As his powers strengthen or are influenced, this may change over time. Nonetheless, this is an CONSENT-REQUIRED (OOC) ability ONLY and will not be utilized without consent from other players.
If it is to come up IC, I will first check with players OOC and get permission (and/or figure out if it fails, or other interesting avenues of playing it out,) but if you already know that this is something you do not want to engage with all together please utilize this OPT-OUT post by copy and pasting the code below.
